Quality Control

Spray paint, acrylic, gold leaf, stucco, and gloss varnish on canvas

Quality Control examines the machinery of conformity — the quiet systems that reward obedience, separate individuality from obedience, and convince people that deviation is failure. The painting turns the workplace into a symbolic production line, where identity is inspected, packaged, and discarded if it refuses to fit the mold.

Original held for solo exhibition.

Paintings about the systems we chase, inherit, and mistake for freedom.

the machine runs best when nobody questions the mold
